Western agenda is rarely transparent

I wish to point out one thing. All western nations were able to contain the six killer diseases of childhood even without the benefit of vaccines.
So how come they are prescribing vaccination as "the" method in controlling these diseases?
Another thing. Why does the western science depend so much upon the "eradication-elimination" strategy for control of infectious diseases?
Finally why do they feel so scared of disease?
