I was in Africa in the late 40ties and early fifties when Salk was using his vaccine to the benefit of the Congolese population. The Muslim physician and the politician should both be brought to justice, condemned for spreading their ignorance at the expense of others. They should be punished as harshly as possible for practicing and spreading anti medicine and bringing back calamities and horrible diseases that could have been eradicated from the face of this planet. The West should stop providing vaccines to this type of population whose religious beliefs supersede the benefits of the enormous scientific progresses achieved in the previous century. They have the right to practice ignorance if that is what their leaders chose. The West should not pay for it. The West should educate but not impose its point of view. The Muslim world is very rich and they should use their money if they have better solutions. When and what was the last medical or scientific contribution of the Muslim fanatics?
