Could it be possible that the reason polio rates are lower when they vaccinate is because the vaccinations are killing all those susceptible? When they stop vaccinating, more people stay alive, and therefore there are some cases of polio. Why would America be interested in keeping third world countries healthy? Wouldn't it make more sense that their secret agenda is to eradicate the people, not the disease?
