US pilots obey orders

Yes, if our (US) President gave orders to American pilots to shoot down Israeli jets, those pilots would obey. Unlike many countries in the world, the US armed forces do not have a reputation for mutiny.

Whether those pilots actually COULD down the IAF craft, however, is another matter. The US, NATO and Israel participate together in many "Flag" exercises with their pilots and aircraft; and the Israeli Air Force has a reputation for excelling in these.
