As illustrated in his interview with Tony Jones, Daniel Pipes continues to be a clear, reasoned and thoughtful voice of interpretation concerning the choas in the Middle East. I hope he has the ear(s) of someone(s) important in the Bush administration. After reading Dennis Ross' book, I had high expectations of the new PA leadership. My expectations have now returned to earth. Pipes makes more sense of the Middle East than anyone else in the US.
