Law applies to everybody equally

A well established law applies to everybody equally whether a convention is signed or not is besides the point.Turkey may have had some reservations on some points of the convention but that does not invalidate her claims to the Anatolian continental shelf as strengthened by the two precedents I mentioned in my previous post. This is why the Greek government is ,wisely, not pushing the issue.

Greek atrocities in Cyprus and the Serbian genocide in Serebrenica did not happen a million years ago.The Vikings may have stopped behaving brutally upon embracing Christianity but, sadly that did not stop some Greeks and Serbians behaving badly in the Balkans up to modern times.I think religion and politics should be kept apart.Weare not living in the middle ages.To designate Turkish foreign affairs as Jihadist is beyond absurd. The Jihadists of today do not consider Turkey even a muslim state.

Regards.
