Mr. Pipes.....There is no rationale for the way bureaucratic bungling is pursued in our pitching dollars at terrorism. Terrorism in Iraq, Israel, America or Spain.....it's all of the whole cloth. For GWB to award 20 billion or one dollar to a group of people who have no national homogenous identity, were sons of migrant workers of the past, have a stated aim in concert with Saddam/Assad/Bin Laden and Zawahiri, who say one thing in Arabic, the opposite for English press consumption, have stated repeatedly their only goal is to drive Israel into the Med. Sea.....IS PREPOSTEROUS.
That GWB should announce himself to be a believer in 'G-d' and proceed to ignore the written deed to the father of the Israelite nation in the first book of the Torah....now, THAT'S ASTOUNDING!
I BELIEVE EVERY WORD OF THE PROMISE OF THE LAND FROM THE NILE RIVER TO THE RIVER EUPHRATES FOR ISRAELITE SETTLEMENT. (Any Bible scholar must, or there is no sense in believing the record of the coming, life, death, burial and resurrection of the Messiah.....ALL OF WHICH PROPHECIES ARE THROUGHOUT THE LAW, PSALMS AND PROPHETS. Does GWB believe these tenets? He is supposed to, since he is a man who publicly proclaims belief.....does he just believe the N.T. only, or the WHOLE BIBLE?
Caroline Glick said it well...what Israel needs is "a few good NEOCONS". But I think a it must be a few who know the scriptures and believe them. If GWB knows them and is still bent on ignoring holy writ, he does so at his own and America's peril.
