I fully agree with Dr.Pipes's assessment. That huge amount of money will probably end up as before, namely in a Swiss Bank account in the name of some individual, instead of building schools (where that money would be employed anyway to foster hatred against Jews, Americans), roads, hospitals, buying medicine and so forth, the things for which that money is actually intended.

Ol' Abu Ammar (a.k.a.Yassir Arafat) used to laugh about those morons that THOUGHT that their money would help those 'helpless','poor', Palestinian children,as Mr.Shaath still does.

The European Union, the United States and others ought to help those who really deserve that money: DARFUR refugees, who are COMPLETELY ALONE.
