Do you consider this a full response to the column writtten by David Brooks in today's NYT? Do you intend to write a letter to him for publication in the letters to the editor section of the NYT? I would very much value a response from you.

No, by and large there is too much to do to reply to other writers' columns, with the occasional exception, to be sure.
