Another mis-use of courts

Although the crippling of that Hamas organization is probably a positive outcome - I take your word for that - the use of the courts for such an undertaking is not.

We are already paying a high price for such "I want to make a difference" motivation in the low credibility of the courts and the coming and necessary restraint of their behavior.
