Will this decision help eliminate separate "Islamic" society?

Will this verdict and a few other ones like it dry up completely any 'charitable' giving by muslims to any kind of 'charity' or 'charitable organizations' including 'academic muslim / islamic' schools? I hope so. This will stop creation of 'muslim ghettoes' in US and may force assimilation of Muslims into US mainstream society, and help retard the creation of a separate and distinct 'Islamic' society.

Believe me, I have no love for any separate Muslim society in US or any love for creating any 'muslim' or 'islamic' schools (academic or non-academic).
