Who was the judge?
Reader comment on item: Why Chris Christie Will Never Be President of the United States

Who was the lower court judge in New Jersey who said Sharia law ought to be applied in some case? Was it this guy? Or was it somebody named something like Declan O'McClanahan? It's not clear to me.
