I think the complaints about the USA Patriot act are very appropriate, as I feel that it violates the U.S. Constitution and has only questionable value in the true anti-terror activities. As for the racial profiling,- well, Jewish and White Supremacist terror groups are out there, and likely just as menacing as most Muslim terror groups. One needs to go no further than the case of William Krar, a recently arrested White Supremacist who had about 500,000 rounds of ammunition and about 800g of cyanide in his possession.
