There is no such kuranic verse, you may have read the verse in maybe a hadif or maybe in a false translation made by a fanatic muslim, islam only permits murder if your brother sister mother or father is killed you are allowed to take his life in the same way that person took theirs, other than this taking a life is one of the biggest sins in islam.

speaking of taking lives i am turkish thank allah your country will never be strong enough to attack turkey in the way they did iraq and only lose a handful of soldiers if you were to attack us in that way we will slay every american in turkey even if i have to do so by my own accord, anyway your country the united states not only takes lives on a regular basis but also takes the lives of innocent people kids elders women who have done no harm to you, on top of that cause your so ugly and have no hope of pulling yourselves you have to rape these people as well. I hate to end this comment in this way because it makes me seem rude and ignorant but the majority of the united states are ignorant wankers who firstly need to sort their own behaviour out before they dare go into other countries and try to sort theirs out.

p.s. Half the priests are gay paedophiles in your country, how can you talk about religion?
