Biblically Ignorant

Reader comment on item: Where the Nazi "Big Lie" Endures

Submitted by Richard Bowers (Canada), May 1, 2007 at 22:35

It amazes me still how easily people are duped! We live in a time where the fog of misinformation is becoming thicker and thicker. What is bad is celebrated as good, what is good is eviscerated and called evil.

As a non-Jew, I love Israel and those Jews that choose to live there. I one day hope to set foot in the Holy Land and see it all myself. In the meantime, allow me to suggest that the main reason why Israel is losing the propaganda war against the likes of Hezbollah is that both Americans (including Canadians) and Europeans are no longer interested in what the Bible has to say about Israel and the city of Jerusalem.

Without this Biblical foundation, many fall away from the truth and allow themselves to be seduced by these snake-oil salesmen. There is only one innoculation against the horrible lies being spread and that is to read God's word and taking Jesus Christ as your Saviour. By taking that glorious step of faith, you can expect Godly wisdom and discernment. Until that happens en masse in America and Europe, we can sadly expect to hear much more of the same Jewish libel.
