Ralph Winstanley:

The US and its Western allies such as the UK, are in a war and it is most unusual to give the sympathisers and abetters of the enemy a recourse to civil law.

It is the strength of civil liberties in the USA, that gives these terror abetting profs, a normal civil trial.
