Judeo-Christian Islam (makes Jewish history in Jerusalem part of Islam)

Reader comment on item: What Jewish Ties to Jerusalem?

The term Judeo-Christian caught my eye. There is the so called Judeo-Christian culture although the Jews deny Jesus and see him nothing but a false prophet and a son of mary's boy friend. In return you have a history of Christian canibbals persecuting the Jews, and it was not untill the Jewish community contributed largly to the Christian dark aged communities in terms of science, war efforts, economy, democracy etc..that the Christians started recognizing the Jews...so to me that so called "Judeo-Christian" culture is nothing but a half filled cup of tea that springs a leak before even being served.

Islam - and again I am not in defense of Islam as like I said, I am an ideological swinger who enjoys pluralist contributions - Islam is a religion that recognizes the Jews and the Christian in their culture and their history. Not only that, but it also sanctifies the contributors to those religions. I wonder why people do not say or see that something called Judeo-Christian Islam is a baby culture, but from a different father probably...Just wonder why people do not make the link here. Some radical right winger will probably get mad at this comment and throw in verses out of context that order Muslims killing the Jews and will state probably the supranos of Bukhari and Muslim..I want to say to the future radical person who will comment on this comment, hey right winger, why don't you be right-swinger and join the pluralistic approach!!
