You've studied the (right wing) rise of what you dubbed as Civilization Parties (way back around 2017 or so). It seems that you've coined that phrase and it's still a neologism. However I've discovered that it relation to an expression that already has currency but in a wider context, namely: "Civilization State." At the time in the 1990s when Huntington wrote about the "Clash of Civilizations" other scholars viewed the status of China and came out with the notion "Civilization State" which roughly resembles an Empire with surrounding depended states connected by a common culture. At the core of this Communist State, under Xi, is the culture of Neo-Confucianism.

This notion apparently was effectively adopted by Putin for the Russian Federation and the consequent Russian World (effectively, its traditional sphere of influence extending over the domain of the former Soviet Union. And that is related to Putin's view of the end of the Uni-polar World dominated by the United States as he sees it.

Modern India, since its inception under PM Modi is also Civilization State with Hinduism as its cultural ideology.

So in the case of the European Union we also have the emergence of the Civilization State of the European Union; it is to be noted that non of its member states wish to seceded from the EU, or leave NATO.

The United Kingdom has seceded from the EU (Brexit) and formed it's own Civilization State whose range includes the Anglophone domains of the former British Empire, now a part of a Commonwealth, and maybe eventually part of the USA or the West (which would include the EU).

Regarding the United States, it is under Trump, "Make America Great Again" campaign, that the Civilization State of the USA was emerging - and that's why, I believe, Putin and Trump got along so relatively well (compared to Biden).

I leave other areas of the glove out of this analysis, such as Brazil, the rest of Latin America, Africa, Iran, Arab Countries, Egypt, etc.

In this context Israel fits in quite well. It too is a Civilization State. And here I explain what is entailed by describing it to be in a Civil War (with the Palestinians). It was in 1917 that the Balfour Declaration set up Palestine as the National Home of the Jews. But since 1948 hostilities with the Palestinians never ended. That's in part due to Israel's choice not to declare Sovereignty over all of the Disputed Territories. Irredentism is obviously a part of the claims of a Civilization State, and no outside state may interfere in the Internal Affairs. Israel's claim over all of Palestine is no less legitimate that China's claim over Taiwan. By viewing the belligerency of Palestinians throughout Mandatory Palestine as a Civil War precludes the outside world from having a say on the issue of a Two State Solution for example. But I am not an Israeli Colonel either, so I will not dictate to Israel how to solve this Civil War; I merely observe that Israel may not wish to incorporate Gaza into Israel since it has a zero Jewish population; furthermore, it may be one place where Palestinians may go (or may be forced to go) if they refuse to take an oath of loyalty to the Jewish State of Israel.
