migrants in German prisons

Romanis, I used to visit groups of prisoners in Germany for a while. The first impression confirms Sarrazin's observation that prison inmates are a zoo of all sorts of migrants rather than bio-Germans.

True, Turks are over-represented compared against their share of the overall population. However they are utterly under-represented compared against other migrant groups divided and defined by ethnicity. Turks are not known for forming gangs inside prisons. Russians and Russian speakers are. Turks would by and large use German language in prison. For all practical matters they are the next best thing to a bio-German.
