Re "A blend of the German and Turkish flags that symbolizes what has too rarely occurred."

Are you sure that this German flag with crescent & star represents integration and assimilation? I assume that's what you mean here. Whatever its original intention, it cannot help but morph into general understanding that it represents triumph in the form of Islamic conquest of Germany.
