Hi, Anne

The real topper here, was a few years ago, when Congress passed the "Paperwork Reduction Act". That act apparently required govenment agencies to add extra forms, explaining how the agency was reducing paperwork. I used to think computers would reduce paperwork; but instead, it's the computers themselves that generate new volumes of paperwork -- faster and more easily than any human could ever do or dream.
