Thank you for this timely article. I actually remember as a child being told never to call an Arab a Palestinian as they thought of Jews as Palestinians, and they were Arabs who identified with Arabia, and not the former Ottoman Empire. By the mid 1960's they had adopted the term Palestinian for themselves and had begin to rewrite ancient Middle Eastern history. Do college professors actually buy off on this nonsense? Guess they don't teach archaeology in institutions of higher learning these days either. Why an acute grasp of the obvious eludes so many, I do not understand. Your knowledge and research is a blessing in this up-side down world!
