Soraia Isa - Living the American Way too!

Reader comment on item: Guarding the Secrets: Palestinian Terrorism and a Father's Murder of His Too-American Daughter
in response to reader comment: friend of Tina's sister, Soraia

Submitted by Rose (Singapore), May 24, 2015 at 00:33

I stumbled onto Soraia Isa (the older sister of Tina Isa)'s facebook a few days ago, due to some mutual links. Her facebook link is : https://www.facebook.com/soraia.isa?fref=ts

Contrary to what she has depicted in the television interviews and also what the FBI had transcribed on the recordings, where she suggested ways to getting rid of her own unfortunate sister as her sister was living the 'American' way, she herself was living the American way now too. I see no hijab, no tudung, no whatsoever. Totally americanized. I guess she was fortunate that both her parents went to jail so the other two sisters didn't have to get married off in an arranged marriage and no longer had to follow strict rules set by the dad.

Such an irony - to blame/curse one's own sister for living the American way and now enjoying the same kind of life. Double standards at its best.
