With an equally heavy heart, I agree. I made known similar feelings prior to the 2012 presidential elections, where I felt Obama might choose to release Pollard shortly before the vote. Obviously, the tide had turned sufficiently at least 2 months prior that Obama knew he would handily defeat Romney. As the 2014 elections come closer, I fear such a release might occur to keep Democratic control of the Senate.
