It's Hiz=party, b'=of, Allah=God. It should be Hizballah or Hizb'Allah or Hiz b'Allah or Hiz-b'Allah.

Wrong the word hizb or حزب means party and for this see http://www.almaany.com/home.php?language=arabic&lang_name=English&word=%D8%AD%D8%B2%D8%A8&type_word=0&category=%D9%83%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AA+%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%82%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86

And if you know Arabic read item 18 and 18 http://www.almaany.com/home.php?language=arabic&lang_name=%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%8A&word=%D8%AD%D8%B2%D8%A8

The word Allah or الله means Allah (a loan word from Syriac for God!) and the transliteration of حزب الله is Hizb Allah or party (of) Allah
