Reader comment on item: Obama's Anti-Zionism
in response to reader comment: The real enemies of Israel

You write in generalizations. If you look at the record of Republicans, you cannot possibly make the argument that they have been anti-Israel, which is not something that can be said about democrats, up to and including the treatment of Israeli politicians (Netanyahu and others) by The Obama Administration.

To falsely attempt to paint the entire Republican party as anti-Israel based on the (alleged ) reply of one junior congressman is baseless and irrational. You are simply jumping to weave shreds of things into your pre-existing perception of your own reality. You can try to, but it will not make it so. I know of no one who would dare to make that argument, especially today with the (democrat) Obama nominations of Brennan and Hagel.

I would like to think that you will reevaluate your statement on the merits and not ideological wishful thinking.
