Unchanging values

Reader comment on item: Rampaging Islamists

When you live in a less than ideal world, you don't try to solve the problems, you just find ways to live with them,by finding a compromise that would eventually keep the status quo. Unfortunately is a very unhealthy way to do things. One bit at the time the rules get pushed farther and farther from their original place, the pushers push farther, and the pushovers retreat closer to a corner, from which they will lose all will to fight, losing their original values. I heartily feel that the jews have been always hated and persecuted because they, with their divine, immutable laws and values, will not retreat to that corner. The world will come to realize that the jewish-israeli way is the only way to counteract the spread of this fanaticism.

The world didn't understand Israel approach to the security problem in the airports until much later, when it realized that this fanaticism wasn't directed towards us the Jews only, but towards the West in general. Chaos is and remains the biggest threat to civilization,we have no other choice but to preserve our values at any price,ANY!
