Which seemed to be saying - 'We don't care if you are suited - just get married anyway!'

It would solidify our relations with the Muslim world and allow us to pipe gas through the Turkish territory.

But the European Union doesn't want to marry the old man Ankara.

This bride does not go willingly.<

Rumors have it that the US is going to generously reward its Turkish retainer irrespective of what Europe might like or think. Turkish newspapers and observers in the Balkans suggest that the US is discussing plans to hand over its biggest US military base in Europe- Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo - to the the Turkish Army. The US Army is going to evacuate it as a result of imposed austerity measures on the military budget and of more pressing missions elsewhere in the world.

If this secret Satanic deal comes into effect, then we will have an unprecedented event in European history - the return of the Ottoman nightmare that had been tormenting Europe for 500 years! Some call this treason a Second Ottoman invasion of Europe and rightly see in it another block in the unfolding US policy of global destabilization and chaos which we saw in North Africa where al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood were used as spearheads to implement America's new political thinking.

As one commentator summarizes some significant reasons supporting the possible decision to make Bondsteel a huge Turkish military base the Balkans :

"The grand idea here is to carve up Balkans so that Russian influence is contained inside rump Serbia which will be kept under tension of violence, threats and ultimatums so that the US presence in the Balkans could be justified.

Once Albania and Turkey establish land and sea domination..., then Serbia will be made member of NATO and the EU so that Russia will be, once and for all, kicked off the Balkans. But what will be done with the massive military site at Bondsteel?... Kosovo Albanians and the Turks are lobbying Washington to hand over Bondsteel, and in return, the Turks will help US to overthrow Syria's Assad."

Knowing the perfidy and corruption of the ruling American elite and its consistent policy to side with Moslem aggressors, I guess this cynical plan would bring many short and long term advantages to it vis-a-vis Europe. It could blackmail and destabilize Europe through Turkey, have a huge propaganda effect in the Muslim world, thus improving America's stained image there and making Moslems more cooperative by reviving dreams of the old days of Moslem glory when the Crescent was dominating the Cross. And of course, it would further strengthen America's traditional close ties with Turkey and would bring commercial and financial benefits which are at the core of all the US does and plans to do.

This diabolical scheme seems to me very plausible. Needless to say, the Turks themselves must be pushing hardest to persuade (i.e. bribe) the corrupt US elite to go ahead with it. After all, their dream to revive the Ottoman Empire overlaps with the US dream to destabilize the world so that capital and investments come back to the US and America's coming bankruptcy with its dire consequences is forestalled.
