Missing Bush Administration Documents/Communications

I'm late in commenting on this matter, but based on this msnbc report, the Bush Administration failed to turn over communications as required by Federal Law. Seems Obama was looking for something as well. I'm not a PhD or a historian -- I'm just saying . . . . .
