Deletion of previous administration's Internet materials

An earlier post states that the Bush Internet materials are being archived and mentions a site dealing with the State Department.

As to administrations clearing everything out, someone should remind the movers and haulers that everything done in the name of the government belongs to the people, not to governmental employees as private property. I cannot recall when the appropriate law was enacted, but if anyone is interested s/he can Google the matter.
