"' Why have it if it so prone to misapplication and misinterpretation?" you said.

this also applies to Christianity. have you forgotten Constantine and the council of Nicia. all groups that apposed him were killed and it is that bible which was created through these means than is accepted in christianity today (aside from those that were reformed from the reformed bible of nicai). the Christian fanaticism of the crusades and the bloody masacres were justified by religious officials, this means one of two things: one, Christianity is pro murder of innocent civilians and non-Christians or the bible was manipulated by the official through his personal interpritation.

"You people and your obsessive and palpable hatred of Jews verges on psychosis. And your little green 'codified text of book of 'mores' has a lot to do with that. Has any Jew EVER harmed YOU personally."

if you were to think of it like this, why send soldiers to countries, the people in the army haven't necessarily been affected by the group they are attacking. like wise, has any muslim harmed you personally, if so how?

it is a lie to say muslims hate jews, that is a stereotype that places all muslims into. i am a muslim and i have no problem with jews in fact on the news i was watching a program and a jew, who is supposedly hated by all muslims, was defending muslims and going against the popular israeli veiw.
