the idea of intelligent diversification of immigrants does not really work on muslims. they would coalesce themselves into 'islamic' community irrespective of whether they are from morocco or jordan. and form an aggressive group demanding things like shariah and other crap. the precise reasons why their homeland countries were backward in the first place. and on many issues they all think alike as muslims. no matter where they come from.
