True, W ideology does not come from west. But the west , in paticular the US, has given unlimited protection to the wahhabi regime in Saudi Atabia, which has spent billions of $$ around the world to export this ideology and increase it's influence. Withour the US /West protection, the House of Saud wold not last one day. The US has done more than protect the Wahhabi regime; it has bent and genuflected before the regime a number of times . See Pipes articel 'Scandal of US-saudi relations'.

With saudi regime, the non-Muslim countries can adopt a strict quid pro quo rights basis; i.e. if the Wahhabis want to buiild mosque in the US, the US should demand the right to build equal number of churches/sysnogogues/temples. If the Wahhabis want to send 10$ to the US for religious or "charity" purposes, the west should demand sending $10 to propogate non-Muslim religions and non-Mulsim Charity i.e. real charity. If the Wahhabi text books give crude propaganda against the west/ Jews and non-Muslims, protection to the regime must be made on the condition of removing offensive text books and arresting racist Imams.

Unless wahhabis get a taste of their own medicine, they won't change . Why should they?
