After such heavy investments the Arab League with all the power at its disposal should search urgently for suitably qualified staff in the whole world to avoid dozens of projects from going down the drain

We should not forget that Sadam Husein regeme caused excessive regression and neglect of his citizens and the creation of these projects is just an attempt to bring IRAQ UP TO DATE.
