Surrounding Military Men with Families and Children

Reader comment on item: The Aftermath of Attack in Gaza

Submitted by I. Chughtai (United States), Jul 26, 2002 at 13:22

Either one's own death or an infidel's death is a win-win situation for the ones who believe in Jihad, which the conflict with Israel is promoted as, by the Palestinian leadership to the common Palestinian man. They believe that participation in Jihad is rewarded by paradise whether you live or die.

Why then would they think twice about surrounding the targeted military men with families and children? They probably think that it gives them a chance to be martyrs and gain a ticket to heaven.
