What makes you think you'll sustain such growth?

The growth rates also require infrastructure to keep the annual death-rate down--which will NOT be available:

  • Muslims' tendency toward despotic rule will cause deterioration of infrastructure; this actually has been proven in:
    • Afghanistan 1992-2001: from 1992-1996, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar (a staunch "champion" of Islam) wrecked what was left of post-Soviet-era Kabul--and Taliban pushed the rest of the country (except their own private residences) back to 1901 standards of British India (they would have regressed to 1801 had not Taliban decided to bump off Massoud on 2001/09/10)
    • Gaza Strip: PA inherited several advanced greenhouses when Israel withdrew--these were ransacked and destroyed (in a manner like Arab dismantling of Alexandra pharos)

Another mitigating factor is that as your proportion increases, you act as an internal check--Islam is second only to communism in killing its own adherents, exceeding even Nazis (admittedly due to time--Nazis only in power 12 years)

Oh, there is also a scientific term for this--a subset of Le Chatelier's principle!
