Rajan, your frustration and anger is justified, but don't blame the american people. The richest and most powerfull nation in the world couldn't have been created by idiots, but it can be badly damaged by the current President -embarrassment- Bush. To make things worst, there's no one on the political horizon to take his place , and change the situation for better. Instead of using all its power to destroy those who finance terror it appeases the enemy ( like Iran , Saudi Arabia , Syria , PA) creating a situation for future Americans impossible to deal with.
