Dr. Pipes,
I certainly did have a student in my course who worked for Campus Watch, which he freely admitted on the first day of class. Was he sent specifically to keep tabs on my professor? That's between you and the student. But I don't appreciate the implication that I'm some sort of "whacky" leftist liar. I know, it's so crazy to be against George W. Bush like 65% of the country. For serious, you should send me to prison.

Second, I have no idea who the writer is.

Third, Campus Watch neither has nor seeks police powers. It makes use of the same freedom of speech that its critics enjoy.
