The pathetic liberals believe that if you give someone a reward they will then behave. WRONG!

Be good psychology students now and read the literature on positive reinforcement. You reward good behavior AFTER the behavior is exhibited. If the entity or organism is so far gone because of bad 'parenting' it is time to ELIMINATE IT! Get over it.

The failure of communism is similar.
