How to characterize the repeated retreats since Oslo

I cannot agree more with the article. Since Oslo was signed, it was forseeable what would happen. However, for those that hoped it would be otherwise, we can now point to what has actually happened versus the projected hopes.

Those who persist in their dreams in the face of the evidence should consider Einstein's definition of insanity as being one who does something over and over again hoping for a different result.
