Most professors I have known would be tickled pink to have their work picked up and relayed to a wider audience than otherwise would be available to them. They love to have their ideas discussed, and frankly the publicity that might ensue couldn't hurt their publishing efforts.

What then is Mr. Massing, and other offended professors complaining about?

Could it be they resent their exposure as sloppy thinking, hate mongering ideologues, more concerned with furthering an Islamist agenda than legitimate scholarship?

Keep up the good work. Campus Watch is doing exactly what needs to be done.
