--I know, there is no concept of Jizya in Christianity and Judaism; but, for muslims, we could certainly invent one and apply to all of the muslims living here.

Err. its there , i reproduce this verse from the old testament or hebrew bible if u prefer addressed to Moses (PBUH)

"When you go near a city to fight against it, then proclaim an offer of peace to it. And it shall be that if they accept your offer of peace, and open to you, then all the people who are found in it shall be placed under tribute to you, and serve you", [Deuteronomy 20]."

This is much more severe the jizya as was practised by islam Here it tantamounts to slavery and compulsion in accepting the religion .People here on this site especially seems to make as if islam invented "jizya".(tribute) it was practised much much before and much more severly both in christainity and judaism
