> Any country that does not allow religious freedom should not be allowed to trade any products with the United States - not one article of clothing, not one computer chip, not one grain of rice. Some things are more important than money.
Christams is over . For most of us a happy time , not so for Saudi Arabian authorities. As usually it is a time where the religion police (mutawwain) in Saudi Arabia is on alert to prevent any un-Islamic symbols , ceremonies and material things from enetering the kingdom and contaminating its sacred soil. Crosses, Bibles, Christmas-trees, Santa Clauses etc.etc. are illegal and are being fervently looked for and destroyed and their owners severely punished.
The purity of Islam must be preserved at any cost.
Now do you really believe the US authorities sincerely care about such trifles in their big deal with the Saudis? More than 10% of Saudi oil flowing to the States is more valuable than any liberties provided to non-Muslims living in this totalitarian Muslim regime. Choosing between two evils (disruption of trade or the end of Wahhabism) the authorities choose of course the bigger - strenghening the Wahhabits with the enormous trade profits they share with these terrorists of tomorrow.
Wasn't it Jesus who prophecied : "Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also" (Mathew, 6,21) ?
