We are the party of Lincoln who freed the slaves, so why is it that we always get portrayed to be racists?

Why are we waiting for the Muslims to side with African Americans in the US or Dalits in India? Mr Trump should champion black causes and Mr Modi should cast his brahmin roots aside to counter the Islamic PR campaign.
