One doesn't have to point to a Jihadist who immigrated. One can point to this woman. Muslim society in most Muslim countries is indisputably riddled with the likes of her. Therefore, one cannot allow large numbers into the West, not even into a country like the U.S (a natural target for immigration in a way European countries cannot be), without a vetting system which can filter out people like Sarsour.
