On another point - I notice our President and Secretary of State refer to the founder of Islam as 'the prophet Muhammed' and you do not; I assume, because you are not a Muslim, nor am I. I do not refer to him as 'the prophet Muhammed', either and I wish our political leaders and other non practitioners of 'the religion of peace' would not, as it smacks of dhimmitude at the very least. Have you addressed this topic in any of your essays?

I have not addressed it specifically, though I did more broadly here.

That said, I once used that same phrase (see here) until I woke up to the inherent dhimmitude of the phrase.
