Turkey - Changing sides

I believe that what has happened in Turkey is that in has seen Iran prosper. Iran is a country that is wealthy in natural resources and becoming an impressive industrial power for a middle eastern country. It is becoming a natural ally with both Pakistan and China. Iran is the type of country that Turkey would want to ally itself with in the long term.
