Reader comment on item: Crisis in Turkey

Submitted by Köksal Ayçiçek (Turkey), Mar 3, 2010 at 09:23

As I can see the army will not interfere formally but will let some newspapers and TVs to broadcast some news on corruption , relationship of Erdoğan and Al-Quaide and some other things which may cause Erdoğan to lose his support just before the elections. The army cannot stand still but cannot prepare a new coup neither. After the elections a coalition government of Republican People's Party and Nationalist Movement Party may have the chance to take back much of the process of Islaminization. So after the elections we see the winner.
