we take the essence and do not behave like cave menReader comment on item: Crisis in Turkey Submitted by yasemin (Turkey), Mar 13, 2010 at 02:10 We do not learn Islam from others. We know what we know. We are good people with good intentions with a beautiful country. We had fought enough while we were Ottoman Empirement. That goes nowhere. But since we are always in the middle of everything, geographically and as being Mouslims and the secular one, we are always in between east and west. When we have clever and descent governments, this turns out to be our benefit, sharing lifes with different caltures. When our governments are selfish and weak this turns onto us like weapons from everywhere. We got used to that. This is what we have to handle cleverly. We really have accumulated very many experiences but still not enough. If you want to talk with words that you only hear, that's OK. But maybe you want to know a litte about Türkiye and here is a small video for information. Nothing to feel uncomfortable. http://www.goldenhorn-rotary.com/ercu/ERCU_FLASH_eng.html Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
