Unsurprising

The scars left by the Islamic rule in India and Hindus generally are deep. So, many Hindus admire Israel for standing up to Islamic bullying right in their midst. This. no amount of posturing or propaganda by Indian leftists can erase. Historical imprints are stronger than political posturing. The reverse of this admiration can be found in Pakistan.

Most Pakistani Muslims are descedants of converts from Hindus, who converted under brutal conditions. So, the more Pakistani Muslims distance themselves from Hindus and define themselves as anti-Hindu, anti-India, the more they hate Israel and sign up to Islamic terrorism. Pakistani Isreal (and Jewish ) hatred will cease when they come to terms with their history.
